I have been involved in Sport all my life, playing Football, Rugby and Cricket to County Schools Level. My main achievements have come in Athletics as 100m + 200m Sprinter, competing Nationally and Internationally. I have trained with Linford Christie, Darren Campbell, Christian Malcolm and I was coached by Double Olympic Champion Daley Thompson.
